Peach French Toast
Weekend mornings are for “fancy” breakfasts in our house and French toast is one of my favorites. I love that it’s a blank canvas that can be topped with just about anything and everything. Towards the end of quarantine our local peach farm Grahams U-Pick opened up for peach picking and made the perfect get out of the house while maintaining social distancing, family outing and the fresh peaches made for the perfect topping for French toast.

Peach French Toast
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 peach
- 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions:
- Mix egg, milk, almond milk, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
- Dip bread in the egg mixture and cook on a skillet until lightly browned on each side.
- Serve with diced peaches and a drizzle of honey.
