Salmon Patties
Something I vowed to do this year that I have not gotten around to is sharing more recipes with all of you. So here is to finding a new routine and hopefully sharing at least one recipe a week (keeping the goal small and obtainable to start). Here is the thing I always hesitate to share recipes because I don’t measure when I cook and I worry it won’t benefit people without exact measurements but hopefully just sharing the ideas helps a handful of you.
Salmon patties were a staple in my house growing up and are part of our regular dinner rotation in our house now. (And yes that’s all the background story your going to get so no need to “jump to recipe”.
Salmon Patty ingredients:
Wild caught canned salmon
Egg
Onion & bell pepper
Cilantro or parsley
Mayo
Old bay seasoning
Bread crumbs of some sort
Mix all together, form into patties and either bake in the oven, sauté on the stove top or cook in an air fryer.
I almost always serve these with a big salad and then add some kind of veggies. Last week was baked sweet potatoes as they are a kid favorite in our house.
These are also great served cold over a salad the next day for lunch too.
